Executive Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

$18.40 per hour
Lighthouse Community Center is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and mission-driven Executive Operations Coordinator to help support the daily operations of our growing nonprofit.
Working directly with Executive Director Devin Turner, you'll help keep our programs organized by managing parent communications, student registrations, organization emails, phone calls, scheduling, spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
Your work will support our:
Summer Youth Program
After-School Program
Weekend Safe Hangouts
Peace Ambassador Initiative
Community Events
This position begins with a paid introductory period during our Summer Youth Program. Based on performance and organizational needs, the successful candidate may continue serving as Executive Operations Coordinator throughout the school year.
The schedule is flexible; however, at least 5 hours per week must be available during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities
Manage parent and student communications
Answer the organization's phone line
Monitor and respond to organization emails
Process registrations and maintain student records
Maintain spreadsheets and digital files
Schedule meetings and field trips
Support our Summer Camp, After-School Program, Weekend Safe Hangouts, and Peace Ambassador Initiative
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently
Reliable internet access
A passion for serving youth and communities
